The following items are a part of our Agreement and Liability Policy
The following items are prohibited from Hampton's NYC Limo vehicles: Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs smoking, firearms and explosives.
- In case of any misconduct by you or a member of your party, the chauffeur is authorized to terminate this agreement without any refunds.
- Hampton's NYC Limo is not responsible for delays or inconveniences due to unknown or unforeseen mechanical failures or situations deemed as "Acts of God."
- Hampton's NYC Limo assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle.
- Hampton's NYC Limo does not provide child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in our vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with State and Federal laws.
- Any unusual spill soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will result in a $250 clean-up fee being charged directly to the credit card on file for the trip.There are charges for cleaning vomit.
- Client agrees that the passenger capacity of the vehicle provided shall not be exceeded.
- Hampton's NYC Limo shall not be liable for any delays, service interruptions, damages caused by mother nature, strikes, riots, Authorities of laws, public enemies, inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, accidents and breakdowns.
- Hampton's NYC Limo chauffeurs are prohibited from soliciting gratuities.
- Client is responsible for any damages committed to our vehicles, by any member of your party during service, either willfully or accidentally. Any actions that cause damage to a our vehicle(s), include loss or theft of property, can result in an extra charge. Client will be responsible for full payment of any overtime charges beyond the original agreement.
- Drug use is not tolerated under any circumstances. The chauffeur is authorized to terminate this agreement if there is drug use in the vehicle. No refunds will be given.
- Hampton's NYC Limo RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT GIVING PRIOR NOTICE.
We take your safety very seriously.We transport many passengers for whom safety is a major concern, including solo female travelers and occasionally unaccompanied minors. As an extra security precaution, we can arrange for a password to be exchanged between the passenger and the chauffeur to avoid anyone trying to impersonate or misrepresent affiliation to Hampton's NYC Limo. Do not accept ground transportation offers from anyone illegally soliciting fares curbside or inside the terminal. Travelers Aid Desk provides information and directions and referral services to local resources at JFK International Airport, La Guardia Airport and Grand Central Station. Desks are open throughout the year except on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day. All software, design, textual, graphical and other content created by or for Hampton's NYC Limo , compromised and appearing on this Website and the selection & layout of this Website, are owned or licensed by Hampton's NYC Limo and are protected by USA intellectual property laws. We own the copyright in the Website as a collective work and/or compilation, and in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content. Republication or citation of any content generated by the Website without our written consent is expressly prohibited.
